Terms of use, and of asking the Rochester office to reserve a gorge stay

These terms cover this website and the planning service of Croesus Canyon Camps LLC, 3000 Mount Read Blvd, Suite 203, Rochester, NY 14616. Effective October 26, 2026.

1. The planning service

The office plans stays at lodging businesses near gorges in New York and Pennsylvania and, at your instruction, passes your choice to the campground or inn. The campground or inn provides the stay, takes your payment, confirms it, and sets the terms of cancellation, change, and refund. Those terms form your contract with the campground.

2. Calibration figures

Figures are the office's calibration, set from typical rates in each area; no campground has offered them. A quote replaces them with the campground's own rate for your dates. The campground's confirmation is the price you pay. Taxes on lodging are added by the campground.

3. No payment here

This site does not take payment and never asks for card details. Nothing is held until you choose an option and the campground confirms it.

4. Your information

What you send through the form or by email is used to plan your stay and is shared with the campgrounds you choose to ask, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Gorges and outdoor risk

Gorge trails are steep, wet and subject to closure. Decisions about where to walk, swim or climb are yours, and the rules posted at each gorge apply.

6. Tools from other companies

The site may later add a search or planning tool supplied by another company. If it does, that tool's own terms will apply to it and will be linked where it appears.

7. How far the office answers

The office answers for its own planning: passing on what campgrounds tell it accurately and on time. It does not answer for a campground's performance, for weather, or for closures, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New York law.

8. Stays only

Stays only: there are no goods, no shipping and no returns of physical items.
